Man arrested for sex with miniature horse after sneaking into Pennsylvania barn

EPHRATA, PENNSYLVANIA — A young Pennsylvania man has been arrested and charged over the molestation a miniature horse. The suspect, 21-year-old Travis Wagner, was seen entering a barn on Indiantown road, West Cocalico Township in Ephrata on the night of August 16. The barn houses cattle and a miniature horse. Wagner entered the barn for a short period of time before leaving the scene. A witness noted his license plate number and reported to the police, which then led to his arrest. According to the affidavit of probable cause, Wagner admitted to the police that he went there to have sex with the miniature horse and he had done it at least twice in the past. Wagner was charged with felony burglary and sexual intercourse with an animal. He was released on $5,000 bail
