A 32-year-old man was arrested by Marshfield police after demanding 42,000 gallons of water from a teller at Forward Financial Bank on Thursday.
According to the police report, the unidentified man made the bizarre request then started chasing the female bank teller.
The man stopped when she pushed him back.
He then demanded the bank manager to remove his shirt, which he refused to do.
Police say the suspect then removed his own shirt before leaving the bank.
When officers arrived at the scene, the man was completely naked in the middle of the street yelling "that feels good", according to the report.
Sgt. Dennis Keffer from Marshfield Police said it's an incident officers don't run into everyday, but it is very serious and concerning.
"I think that anytime this type of behavior manifests itself, it represents as a safety concern for the community, due to the uniqueness of the behavior, as well as a safety issue for the officers," Keffer said.
Police have not released the identity of the man at this time and said that once public safety concerns are handled, their attention will turn to the physical well-being of the suspect.
Keffer said it seems like drugs or mental illness could have played a factor in the man's behavior.
