Women Faints After Boyfriend Proposes

This is the hilarious moment a bride-to-be faints after her boyfriend proposes to her and hands her an engagement ring.

A video showing the way the young woman, identified as Reyna Renteria, is completely poleaxed by the proposal has quickly gone viral.

The video was shared by the young woman herself showing the moment she gets the engagement ring handed to her by her boyfriend.

She is wearing a white dress and a black jacket and is walking towards her boyfriend, German Benitez, at an event that includes live music.

Mr Benitez is standing in front of her with a small box in his hands and gives it to her, but as she takes it, she suddenly faints.

Despite the fact that her would-be fiance rushes to help her, she hits the floor before he manages to reach her.

Ms Renteria firstly posted a picture of herself lying on the ground, but then added the message: 'If this image has 100 likes I will upload the video of the fainting after the proposal, ok?'

That picture got more than 2,000 likes and so the woman shared the video that has been seen more than 3.7 million times and was shared more than 63,000 times.

She has been called 'LadyCompromiso' ('LadyEngagement') on social networks.

After the video went viral, several companies and brands offered the couple items for her wedding if they were to mention their brand including a photographer and a ring maker.
