A woman working in an airport was slapped around the face with an iPad after two passengers missed their flights.
The men can be seen in CCTV attacking the female as she tries to explain to them what their airline's policy is.
In the most shocking moment a man can be seen jumping a barrier to get a better shot at hitting the woman, as a male colleague tries to shield her.
One of the men is then punched to the ground by other passengers trying to help the woman.
The attack took place at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi at around 2pm on Tuesday.
