A 14-year-old girl, taken against her will by a man on the street, has been saved after crying out for help from passersby.
The incident took place on the night of October 21 in the city of Zunyi in southwest China’s Guizhou Province. Footage recorded on a dashboard camera inside a nearby car shows the girl walking tentatively along a road, with a man following her closely and seemingly guiding her with one hand on her back.
When the girl spotted two passersby she suddenly ran to them, screaming for help and then succeeding to escape from the man.
The kidnapper then fled the scene, and the young girl was saved.
