East London, Muslim shop owner locks debt collector into store, refuses to pay

Watch as a Turkish store owner attempts to hold his debt collector hostage even as police are outside the doors. He then argues with the police who are just attempting to notify him the debt collectors actually need to be paid as according to British law, however this Turkish man does not abide by British laws according to him.
