This has led to a controversy, with many people wondering why Chief Ed Randle was not even given a speeding fine. Ed claims he was indeed speeding but not by that much. He also claims the vehicle has a top speed of only 95 mph and the radar equipment may have malfunctioned. The town's mayor is now reviewing the footage to determine whether charges will be made.
