Hilarious moment boozy blonde interrupts live news report before getting very handsy

Journalist Phil Wilmington was attempting to present a piece to camera during Australia’s Melbourne Cup when he was cut off.

A blonde woman can be seen bending over in the back of the shot to pick something up.

She then wanders over to the news man in high heels and dressed up to the nines, clearly unconcerned about the cameras that were broadcasting live to Australia’s channel 9 News viewers.

Stumbling over her words, the lass tells the reporter: “Channel 9, I think you need to know somebody has lost three dollars.”

Trying to hand the wallet over, she adds: “Can you give that to the rightful owner?”

Taken aback by her straightforward approach, Phil tells her: “I probably wouldn't be able to find them.”

He tries to suggest handing it over to a security guard, but before he can finish his sentence the good samaritan says: “No, it's important.

“How dare you?”

Two friends quickly run over and appear to drag the woman away while she continues her rant.
