Crazy High Speed Heist in China

In this clip we see how a small small truck has almost rear ended a cargo truck carrying goods on the highway. 2 people then climbed up from their vehicle onto the truck to steal whatever it was carrying, throwing the goods back into their own truck, before jumping back to their own vehicle.
According to comments on the source of this video, this happens quite often in "The dead Zone at the junction of Jiangxi province", without the police getting involved.
