One was killed and two others were injured when a car collided head-on with a public transit bus in southwest China's Sichuan province.
The surveillance cameras caught the scene, showing a car crashing into a bus, killing the car driver and injuring two in the bus.
The accident happened 14:16 on December 24 on an expressway in the city of Suining. The public transit bus was running normally on the fast lane when a silvery car suddenly dashed toward the bus from the opposite direction and collided with the bus.
"Although I have been driving buses for years, I could do nothing about it when the car crashed into my bus in a fraction of a second, very fast, " said Zhang Ningxiong, the bus driver.
Police, doctors and firefighters rushed to the scene only to find the car driver stuck dead in the seriously distorted car.
The bus driver, who suffered fractures in three toes of his left foot and a passenger in the bus, who had rib fractures, were sent to a hospital for treatment.
