Although, the C-RAM is most often thought as being a Navy vessel mounted weapon system, the following video shows a ground based unit currently deployed and operating in Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve. The C-RAM fires 75 high explosive 20mm Vulcan rounds per second. It is currently defending US forward operating bases from Islamic State rockets and mortar rounds.
