The yob, wearing a fluorescent orange jacket and bright trainers, slowly walks up to the moggy, called Millie, before booting it in the face.

Sickening footage shows the cat flip backwards through the air from the force of the kick – landing 6ft away on a grass verge.

The depraved boy then casually walks away from the scene with a pal.

RSPCA officers were called by Millie’s owner after she came home with horrific injuries – with CCTV revealing the shocking truth of how she got them.

Officers checked cameras and uncovered the horrific attack outside the Guinness Trust flats in Sidney Street, Derby.

The RSPCA has now launched an investigation into the incident which took place at 4.25pm on Thursday.

RSPCA inspector Sarah Burrows said: "The video clearly shows two men walking towards Millie and then one man kicking the cat very hard, resulting in her being thrown a few feet across the ground, before walking away.

"It is an unprovoked attack which has sadly left Millie with a suspected broken jaw.
