Crazy moment P-plate driver cuts off a cyclist before throwing a Milkshake at him

This is the crazy moment a cyclist was almost knocked off his bike by a P-plate driver - who then threw a milkshake at him.

The cyclist - who has not been identified - captured the close-shave on camera, saying it happened in Mascot, to the south of Sydney's CBD, on Sunday afternoon.

Footage shows the man pedalling down the street as a white Mazda 3 comes toward him, before it suddenly turns across the street.
