Shocking CCTV footage shows the moment an armed thug holding an 11" kitchen knife jumped over the counter as the Co-Op supermarket was preparing to close in Brighton, East Sussex. See National story NNROB; Joined by a masked accomplice the pair ordered two staff members to take them to the safe and dragged one by the back of his shirt down the shopping aisle. The armed robber then barged the pair through a door into the back of the store where a third member of staff was hiding. The three were then frogmarched through a store room and into an office before being forced at knife point to open the safe and hand over thousands in cash. Robbers also emptied the tills before fleeing the store in Brighton, East Sussex, on foot.
