Bizarre moment man feels up cement mixer thinking it's a woman

This is the bizarre moment a confused Scot tried to get intimate with a cement mixer because he thought it was a woman.
In a weird clip, the middle-aged man rubs the metal mixer for several second before turning to a man filming, and saying he 'thought it was a burd'.
He adds that he thought he was touching her bottom.
At the start of the clip - called 'Crackhead tries to feel up cement mixer' - filmed from a garden on a residential street, the man can be seen rubbing the rim of a cement mixer.
After several seconds, he turns to the man filming and says: 'I thought it was a burd, mate.'
The filmer, laughing, replies: 'You thought it was a burd?'
To which the man says: 'Aye, I've not got brains mate. I f****** thought I was rubbing her a***.'
The cameraman, in shock, repeats this back to him, in hysterics.
Clearly confused, the man leans on the cement mixer and starts rubbing his head in disbelief.
He raises his hands and performs a gallic shrug, as the filmer replies: 'Get her pumped', to which the man laughs.
