Shocking footage has emerged of the moment a young man was run over by a car following a brawl outside of a pub.
Police allege that two men began fighting with another group outside of the Commercial Hotel in Yarraville at about 2am on Saturday.
In footage captured by CCTV cameras, a sedan can be seen making a sharp U-Turn before speeding its way through the group, hitting a young man.
The victim, a 22-year-old man from Williamstown was rushed to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, where he is said to be in a stable condition.
Authorities have arrested a 21-year-old and 22-year-old, both from Hoppers Crossing, in relation to the horrific incident.
Footage obtained by 9 News, showed how the two groups engaged in a brawl outside of the Hotel's car park in Melbourne's inner-west.
At one point, a car can be seen making a quick escape, leaving a hefty trail of smoke behind it.
The car engaged in the hit and run, can then be seen pulling up on Hall Street, outside of the Hotel, where the violent brawl erupts on the middle of the street.
The sedan then proceeds take off, but can be seen turning around and hurtling its way through the group.
Mowing down the 22-year-old, the young man is seen lying on the ground whilst others rush to his aid, however the car does not stop and can be seen speeding away from Hall Street.
Doctors upgraded the victim's condition to stable, and say that the victim is lucky to be alive given the speed in which the car was travelling.
Police have also said that the offending vehicle clipped others during its violent act, but no one else has sustained any injuries.
The two men arrested have not yet been charged, but according to 9 News charges are imminent.
