Army rescues fat raccoon stuck upside town in tank

The furry creature was caught on camera wiggling his tiny legs out of the vent, catching the attention of two men.
In the video, a man discovers the raccoon and tries, albeit in vein, to gently pull the animal out of the vent by its legs.
'What did you do little guy?' a person says off-camera. 'We gotta rescue this guy out of the tank, come on.'
The man dons gloves and stands on top of the tank pulling the raccoon from different angles in an attempt to free the mammal - but it doesn't budge.
'Oh wow, he’s stuck,' says the man on camera.
A person off-camera suggests they grease the raccoon with butter or another lubricant in an effort to push the animal into the tank so it can escape through the bottom.
With no lubricant available, the man continues to pull the raccoon by its hind legs as it kicks in distress.
'He’s a little fatty,' says the man. 'And he’s pissed that I am touching him.'

After another failed attempt, a man off-camera refers to the raccoon as a 'fat a**'.

The man on-camera eventually gives up and allows someone else to 'give it a shot'.

Another man, a uniformed soldier, uses rougher tactics and manages to yank the raccoon from the small vent.

'Oh, he's pissed,' says a man off-camera as the raccoon is freed.

'I’m gonna fling him that way,' says the camera person as they capture the newly-liberated animal running into the nearby woods.
