A dispute between two Arab residents of Kafr Manda in the western Galilee led to a mass disturbance involving fireworks and rocks, which injured two people and damaged nearby homes and vehicles.
Police arrived at the scene and were forced to disperse agitators using stun grenades and tear gas. A number of families were forced to leave the village until the end of the quarrel, which lasted about an hour and a half.
"We woke up from the noise of fireworks. My children were terrified and began to cry. It sounded like war," a resident told Ynet. "After we saw that the fight was becoming a danger, I decided to leave the village together with my family and spent the night with relatives.
"This is not the first time that such serious acts have occurred here. There are irresponsible people here that shouldn't have a place in our village."
Police forces spent the night in the village and started an investigation into the incident.
