Theft can happen anywhere, anytime, especially when it comes to a skilled thief. The whole process of a man skillfully pilfering the belongings of a woman riding on a bicycle in front of him around Guomao in Beijing’s central business district was caught by the video camera of a nearby car on April 22.
The video showed that the thief jumped from the motorcycle driven by his partner, and snuck behind the riding woman, took what he wanted, then flew off with it. The video clip went viral online with many people reminding others that they should pay attention to their belongings when riding on the street.
