This is the moment a bus driver is forced to intervene during a foul-mouthed row between an elderly woman and a couple with a toddler over a pushchair space.
The episode was caught on camera by a horrified passenger on the number 80 bus in Birmingham, as it attempted to leave the city centre.
The argument - which lasted more than seven minutes - is believed to have started when a couple with a young child asked an elderly women to move from a seat which was in the pushchair bay.
When she refused, another woman who was sitting at the back of the back began arguing with the couple.
As the row grows more intense, the bus driver intervenes, saying: 'I can't believe this - there are children on the bus and you are swearing.'
The furious man then replies: 'If someone starts shouting at the mother of your child you are going to defend her so shut your mouth.
'What right did that woman have to start shouting at my baby's mum?'
He then threatens the woman at the back of the bus: 'Do something to me and I'll "bang you" in front of the whole bus.'
A passenger then tries to restrain the man while others plead with him to 'stop the bad language' in front of the children on board.
The bus remains stationary in Smallbrook Queensway for the length of the video. At one point, a family with two youngsters can be seen getting off the bus.
The footage ends shortly after the police are called.
The video, posted to Facebook on Monday afternoon, had already racked up 43,000 views just hours later.
The post read: 'An elderly lady who had some form of disability sat in a pushchair bay.
'There was a young couple who had come on with the pushchair and the girl must have accidentally hit the lady's foot with the pushchair.
'The man then asked the lady to move and she said she couldn't as she could hardly walk.
'Conversation then got heated and an argument broke out.'
A West Midlands Police spokeswoman said: 'We received a call from a member of the public on the number 80 bus on April 22.
'We took the call at 6.50pm and when officers arrived, at 7.03pm, many of the people concerned had already left the area.
'Those that remained on the bus didn't wish to pursue a complaint.'
