This college has been at the forefront of racism against all white faculty members after one professor refuse to leave during the so-called "day of absence" in which all white faculty was supposed to leave this college grounds in order to show how much power minorities have. Normally, it is the minorities who leave the college to show how the college cannot function without minorities, however, each year it proves the exact opposite.
