A video has surfaced that shows a Charlotte, NC white teacher hitting a 11-year-old black female student with a broom. The incident occured earlier this month at Cotswold Elementary School.
The young girl was in an altercation with another student, the teacher identified as Mrs. Holifield then intervened.
The teacher grabbed a broom and hit the girl in the head while yelling for her to leave the classroom.
The girls mother complianed to the school on the day of the incident, but the school took the teacher's side.
Now that the video has surfaced, hopefully charges will be filed on Mrs. Holifield and discinplinary actions will be taken.
