Shocking footage has emerged of the moment a vicious fight broke-out on a train to the horror of fellow commuters.
The train had stopped at Keilor Plains station, in Melbourne's western suburbs, about 2.50pm on Friday when several punches began to be thrown between two males.
A man reportedly armed with a knuckleduster had earlier been heard in vision obtained by 9 News yelling expletives in front of his children at a teenager.
'You're 19...you wanna be a f****** smart a**,' the man was heard saying.
'I'll rip your f****** head off, you little f*****.
'Don't f***** eyeball people, alright? Get off the train.'
The matter quickly escalated, with the pair wrestling one another, before the man threw a punch and the teenager retaliated.
The teenager repeatedly punched the man who was gripping his legs after falling to the ground.
Terrified commuters could be heard pleaded with others to 'call security please', with one woman asking 'What's the matter with everybody?'
Witness Chibi Njoku told 9 News the man appeared to be with his two young children, who looked to be aged four and seven.
'You wouldn't think someone like that would try and fight while their kids are standing right next him watching,' Mr Njoku said.
Commuters hit the emergency alarm and police were alerted, with both males leaving the scene separately.
