Brutal moment taxi driver is pushed to ground & whipped with belt

Horrific CCTV footage has captured the moment a taxi driver was brutally attacked, violently whipped and then robbed in a parking lot.
Two thugs allegedly armed with a knife can be seen savagely bashing Naveet Singh outside Deer Park shopping centre, north-west of Melbourne, in Victoria.
Mr Singh was approached by the two suspects at his car after buying groceries and was pushed to the ground and kicked repeatedly.
He can be seen cowering on the ground as the two attackers threw punches at kicked at him.
The pair then walked away but as Mr Singh stood up, one man ran back to continue the vicious assault by taking off his belt and whipping him with it.
The men allegedly took off with the taxi driver's wallet as he lay on the ground recovering from the brutal beating in the empty car park.
Mr Singh says he had been unable to work since the brazen attack and had needed psychological help, 7News reported.
'They're not safe for me and they're not safe for other people as well,' he said of his attackers.
The two suspects have been described as Pacific Islander in appearance and are aged in their 20s.
