This is the moment a BMW driver with a severe bout of road rage, mounts a curb to overtake a blameless Renault driver and then proceeds to open his door, punch him in the face and verbally abuse him.
The incident, filmed on dash cam, happened in Leicester and was caught by Mr Parmar who was on his lunch break at the time.
The footage shows the Renault driving side-by-side with the BMW which tried to cut across the road when there was no opening.
The BMW then cuts in front of Mr Parmar and by a set of traffic lights speeds onto the curb and slides in front of the Renault.
After the man stops he gets out of his car, he opens the Renault behind by reaching inside the windows to unlock it, and slings a punch as the unsuspecting driver while unleashing a barrage of insults.
After the incident, the victim, a male in his late 40's, got out of his vehicle and tried to get the number plate of the BMW, unfortunately he had driven away.
Mr Parmar stepped in and offered to share his footage, shot on a Nextbase 402G cam, with the Renault driver so he could share it with police.
Mr Parmar commented: 'I had no idea why the BMW driver was so angry, and I watched the footage back to see if the driver in the Renault had done something to annoy him, but saw nothing wrong.
'The BMW driver got a couple of punches in on the Renault driver's face, but thankfully afterwards when I spoke to him there didn't seem to be any serious damage.
'After the event the BMW drove away and I got out to check on the Renault driver, he was obviously very shaken up at what had just happened. I offered him my dash cam footage and have since given it to him - hopefully he's shared this with the police and the BMW driver will get prosecuted for his crazy actions.'
Richard Browning, Director at Nextbase, commented: 'Often with road rage clips you can see the fault from both drivers, but in this case it really appears to come out of nowhere.
'More and more people across the UK are installing dash cams to protect themselves, and those around them, in the case of incidents like this.
'Luckily in this situation Mr Parmar shared the footage with the victim so he can inform the police and ensure that this dangerous individual gets prosecuted.'
