OOPS! Jeremy Corbyn slapped Emily Thornberry's breast after failed high five attempt

JEREMY Corbyn appeared to accidentally slap Emily Thornberry’s breast after going for a high five while celebrating Labour's success.



Ms Thornberry, who won re-election in her Islington South and Finsbury seat, was seen laughing and joking with the Labour leader amid the party’s election success.



Mr Corbyn arrived at the Islington North count beaming and said “welcome to the Labour borough of Islington” as he told fans he felt “wonderful”.



But his joy soon turned to embarrassment when he accidentally hit Ms Thornberry’s chest after unknowingly moved away from a hive five.



She seemed to not notice and continued smiling.



But shocked viewers took to Twitter to say the incident was “hilarious” and “the best thing to come out of this election”.



Twitter user Yasin wrote: “Ah mate. Corbyn has just had a mare with that high five. Slapped Emily Thornberry's boob.”



Another user Hippo said: “Huge night for Jeremy Corbyn. The only way this could go south is if he were to somehow accidentally high-five a boob.',



While Mike commented: “That Corbyn boob slap is so hard to watch haha.”



Mr Corbyn appears to be having a good night with his Labour party in the lead as analysts warn that the Government is heading towards a hung parliament.



The embattled leader held his Islington North seat with a huge 73 per cent of the vote – a gain of 12.7 per cent from the 2015 General Election.




Mr Corbyn has demanded Theresa May resign as Prime Minister in light of her “lost support and lost confidence”.



He added: "If there is a message from tonight's result is this: the Prime Minister called the election because she wanted a mandate and lost votes, lost support and lost confidence.



"I would have thought that is enough to go, actually, and make way for a government which will be representative of all of the people!"
