Shocking moment bully attacks 12-year-old as crowd cheers her on

Shocking footage of a 12-year-old girl being viciously assaulted has gone viral after being posted on Facebook.
The clip shows the victim being punched in Loughton, Essex, before she is dragged to the floor by a girl in a white top.
Her attacker, believed to be 14, continues to punch her on the floor while being encouraged by someone behind the camera.
Someone can be heard saying 'keep punching' as the victim, wearing a blue top, tries to cover her face from the attackers fists.
The disturbing scene happened in the city in the Epping Forest district of Essex, between 5 and 6pm on Tuesday.
The attacker only stops punching when another person tells her to 'let her get up'.
The video ends with the attacker saying 'I don't f****** care if she is crying' before someone can be heard laughing.
Footage of the attack has been circulating social media and has been shared thousands of times.
Several pages have posted the footage with some being viewed more than 300,000 times, while others have been removed by Facebook.
The sister of the victim posted about how disgusted and angry she was about happened to her.
She said: 'The video that has been posted of my little sister being punched and slammed to the floor, broke my heart and I have never been so upset for her.'
A spokesman for Essex Police said: 'Essex Police is aware of a video appearing to show an assault in Loughton.
'Officers were called to The Broadway in Loughton on Tuesday, June 13.
'A teenage girl reported being assaulted by another girl. The investigation is ongoing.'
