Dumb chinese man uses his body to cover up license plate when doing illegal reverse

A man was caught on surveillance camera climbing up to a truck’s rear bumper and blocking the license plate with his body on the Jinggang’ao Expressway.

Footage shows that a man on passenger seat got off a truck parked near a junction of the highway and walked to the back of the truck, trying to locate the surveillance camera. The next thing he did was to climb up to the rear bumper and used his body to cover the license plate while the driver backing up the truck.
