Is this the most dedicated policeman in China?

On the afternoon of June 23, heavy rain hit Bozhou in eastern China’s Anhui Province, flooding roads. After helping a three-wheel vehicle make its way through a water-logged street, police officer Li Yawei fell into an open manhole while going back to his post. The force of the floodwater had dislodged the manhole’s cover, which Li struggled to put back. After covering the manhole, Li stood on guard to prevent passers-by from also taking an unwanted dip.
