WARNING, DISTRESSING IMAGES. The enormous snake regurgitated the ginger tabby in front of animal rescuers after slithering into a home, attacking the cat and curling up under the sink to digest it
A 17ft-long python killed, swallowed and spat out a pet cat in a stomach-churning showdown with animal rescuers yesterday.
The enormous snake swallowed the ginger tabby, named Bobo, after slithering into a home in Pathum Thani, Thailand.
It then curled up under the kitchen sink in a comfy place to digest the three-year-old cat - which weighed around 3kg.
But horrified resident Saowarak Charoen, 59, spotted the swollen serpent and called police.
Two policeman, three animal rescuers and a reporter arrived a short time later and dragged out the snake with an enormous bulge in its stomach.
