nternet pranksters have decided to take on drivers who use their phones behind the wheel.
A new video shows an alarming number of motorists using devices when they should be concentrating on the road, unaware they are being filmed.
The people behind the minute-long clip are seen approaching four drivers, who could have been slapped with a £200 fine and six points on their driving licence if stopped by the police.
The first 'victim', a woman, had her window wound down in a stationary car - which apparently had the engine on and was not pulled up at the side of the road - when the jokers pulled up alongside her.
