A guy and girl in a white Grand Prix (with dealer plate) pull up next to a little old lady in a silver Toyota Matrix (I think), as the female passenger distracts/talks to her, the male driver gets out, walks around to the other side, opens the Matrix's passenger door, grabs the purse, then heads back to his car... however.... a good samaritan construction dude sees the whole thing, intervenes, and gets the little old lady's purse back!
Why didn't I do anything? Well... 1) I was having lunch and conversing with my coworker, so kinda distracted... 2) The black Jeep obscured my view of everything, no way to see what was happening.
