Smart, the makers of the almost sarcastically small city car, has revealed its new vision for urban transport – and it’s a bit more extreme than just a car that’ll fit into half a parking bay.
But the good news if that you won't have to make small talk with the driver every again. Because it doesn't have one. So there.
The new Smart Vision EQ, revealed at the Frankfurt motor show, is a self-driving electric two seater bubble car that looks like it’s come straight out of a glossy, big-budget screen adaptation of a Philip K Dick sci-fi story.
Smart boss Annette Winkler described the cute little car as ‘fully autonomous, with maximum communication capabilities’.
Sounds adorable, like Herbie.
