A pedestrian narrowly escaped being run over and killed by just inches as she walked across a zebra crossing when passing cars failed to stop.
With the hood of her coat up and bag over the shoulder the woman puts her head down and starts the walk.
Glancing left, she realises that a car is failing to stop but instead of panicking she just keeps going and gets past it just in time, with millimetres to spare.
Seconds later another car, going much faster, whizzes past inches from her toes.
For one perilous instant she is sandwiched between the two, but she barely breaks her stride as the faster driver dodges slightly left to avoid her.
