Shocking CCTV footage shows the moment a thug ripped another man's eyebrow off in an unprovoked attack in a pub beer garden.
Simon Morris was standing in the smoking area of when he suddenly launched at his victim, Aled Wyn Jones, knocking him down.
Footage shows the pair rolling around on the ground at the Cross Foxes pub in Prestatyn.
Morris then rips the flesh from Mr Jones' face in the shocking attack, reports the Daily Post .
With Morris showing no sign of letting go, bystanders rushed to try to separate the them, some attempting to prise open his jaws.
Morris, 31 of Clos St Francis in Prestatyn, told the court when he was found guilty that he had drunk up to three pints in several pubs before moving onto Jack Daniels when he got to the pub where the attack took place.
He claimed he had no memory of the incident when arrested the following day, and couldn’t believe what he was said to have done.
At court when he admitted wounding but was found guilty of wounding with intent, he said he was ashamed and sorry for the “out of character” attack.
