Alexis Newsome was on her way home from school yesterday in south St. Louis County when the driver of a red pickup threw a piece of fried chicken in her car window.
The incident happened at Manchester and 141. In a now-viral Facebook video posted by Newsome, the Creve Coeur woman says she was heading east on Manchester Road, about to turn north on 141, when she saw something being thrown from a vehicle driving in the other direction. At the time she says she thought it was eggshells. It caught her off guard, causing her almost swerve and hit the car next to her.
