MSNBC panelist Mike Barnicle said Tuesday that Donald Trump "exhausts" him and he's simply tired of hearing and seeing the President of the United States.
Angered by Trump's remarks moments earlier that they needed more local help on the ground to help Puerto Rico recover from Hurricane Maria, the frequent "Morning Joe" guest said in a resigned voice that he was "tired of seeing" the president.
"This is personal. This is not here. It doesn't belong to anyone at this table other than me, but watching the President of the United States just then, I was reminded again, as I am reminded nearly daily now, he exhausts me," Barnicle said. "I'm tired of seeing him. I"m tired of hearing him. I'm tired of wondering if he knows what he's saying or what he's doing."
"Yeah," co-host Mika Brzezinski said.
Host Joe Scarborough said that was a question everyone had after hearing Trump remark that Puerto Rico was an island surrounded by "big water."
