A woman is fighting for her life after she was hit by an excavator who then drove off and left her lying in the road.
The 27-year-old was run over by the huge vehicle around 1am on October 5, as she crossed an intersection.
Footage from a nearby surveillance camera shows the woman walking toward the digger, which is turning a corner.
She disappears from view before seemingly going underneath the vehicle.
The woman is next seen lying on the ground in the Bowen Hills area of Brisbane.
