Multiple people have been injured after a car allegedly ploughed into pedestrians outside London's Natural History Museum.
Shocked eyewitnesses described how the vehicle "drove into people" near the famous museum, with victims seen being treated in the street.
Police confirmed a number of people had been wounded, although the extent of their injuries is unclear.
Dramatic footage appeared to show a man being pinned on the ground by security officers.
In the clip, he can be seen being held in the street in South Kensington, west London, surrounded by members of the public and stationary vehicles.
Scotland Yard said a man had been detained at the scene.
