Footage has revealed the moment a drunk driver speeds through a traffic light and ploughs into another vehicle.
The dashcam video was recorded in Ryazan, south of Moscow in Russia and shows a grey car zoom around on the inside of traffic approaching the crossroads in the city.
It has been uploaded to YouTube, and the impact shows sparks flying from both vehicles as the drunk driver makes a futile effort to brake.
The Lada was sent spinning through the road, with the bonnet and car door ripped off, while the other car also appears to lose a car door. Other motorists then appear to proceed as normal.
The crash was reported on Russian news site YA62 , which states: "On the shots you can see that the VAZ-2115 is racing at a huge speed at the traffic light when it crashes into the Lada."
They report that both drivers were taken to hospital, and traffic police found that the driver racing through the lights was drunk.
He faces a fine of 30,000 rubles, roughly £400, and a driving ban of up to two years.
