A furious mum launched a brutal attack against a schoolgirl amid claims she mocked her daughter on social media .
The livid mum can be seen storming over to the youngster, who cowers from her close to a car.
One of the girl's friends tries to shield her from the abuse but this seems to anger the mother even more.
The mother then runs over to the car and begins attacking the girl, pulling her away until the two of them are rolling around on the ground in the bizarre footage, which was filmed in the city of Cuauhtemoc, in the northern Mexican state of Chihuahua.
The pair pull each other’s hair and throw punches as other students and parents try to stop the attack.
