A 'mad man' jumped on to the back of a lorry stopped at traffic light and then held on as it hurtled away - before falling off in the middle of a road.
In video filmed from the car behind the HGV, the daredevil can be seen gripping on to the back of the lorry in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire .
He then hung off the back of it as it travelled away at speed.
The driver was seemingly oblivious to the man gripping to the rear of the vehicle.
A man and woman can be heard laughing as they film the bizarre stunt from behind., reports the Huddersfield Examiner .
The man in the car says: “Don’t fall off you mad guy.
"If he jumps off he’ll break his nose.”
Towards the end of the footage, the witness realises the man's grip is loosening and he might fall.
He says: “He can’t be struggling, it’s easy.”
The prankster eventually tumbled off the HGV, rolling into the middle of the busy road.
The car stopped to pick him up, though it is unclear what injuries, if any, that he suffered.
