Shocking footage shows woman being kicked in the face by thug

This is the shocking moment a woman was kicked in the head by a lowlife thug as she lay motionless on the ground in a brutal street attack.

Harrowing mobile phone footage filmed from a passing bus shows the female sprawled out on the pavement outside a Tesco supermarket.

Moments later a man wearing a camouflage jacket walks by and inexplicably attacks her with a stomach-churning kick to the face.

It is believed there had been an altercation on the bus which then spilled out onto Oxhill Road, in Handsworth, Birmingham on Tuesday.

Footage of the incident has since been uploaded to Facebook by Birmz Is Grime where it has been viewed almost 10,000 times in just an hour.
