A prisoner has been filmed collapsing to the floor after he apparently took Spice that he won in a fight in a cell. Footage obtained by Metro.co.uk shows the prisoner shake violently as he holds a makeshift pipe in his hand in the cell.
And he suddenly collapses to the floor as a laughing inmate records him on a mobile phone, which are banned in British jails. The prisoner lies motionless on the ground for a further 20 seconds in the video, said to have been filmed in Category B jail HMP Garth near Leyland, Lancashire. The video was leaked from jail and on Sunday shared on a Facebook group, described as a place where thousands of convicts ‘meet up’.
The prisoner believed to be filming the fight can be heard shouting ‘ding, ding’, ‘go on’ and ‘do you give up’ in a strong Liverpool accent. Others shout ‘hit him’ and encourage the duo. Former inmates in the Facebook group — some of whom claim to know the pair in the clip — claimed they were ‘scrapping like kids’ for Spice.
