Watch this ridiculous propaganda piece promoted by the Independent, a UK based newspaper. The article claims that Islam would help cure the sexual abuse of women, if only women began acting like Muslim women do. Despite the fact the article admits that Muslim women are raped on par with the same rate as their western and eastern counterparts in China and the US. However, it leaves out other studies that have proven women in Muslim majority nations are actually raped far more often due to their belief system, the women simply cannot come forward in fear of being stoned for adultery.
