Shocking footage claiming to show the moments before and after a top Russian journalist was stabbed in the neck in an attack at her radio station has been released as she wakes up from a coma.
Tatyana Felgenhauer, 32, who is editor-in-chief of Ekho Moskvy, the country's only independent news radio station, underwent surgery after the attack at her station in Russia.
Speaking on Monday, she thanked family and friends for their support adding that "you have to fight for your life".
Footage was posted earlier today by journalist Philip Kireev on Twitter, claiming to show the time line surrounding the incident.
Felgenhauer underwent an hour long operation after the intruder sprayed pepper spray in the face of a security-guard on the first floor before vaulting a barrier and travelling up to the 14th floor.
