Footage uploaded to social media shows a man standing on another's shoulders so a third can climb on top of him and hop over the international border fence.
The incident was filmed at the border in Mexicali, in the north-western Mexican state of Baja California as Donald Trump continues to promise a wall to stop people illegally entering the US.
