This is the shocking video of an airline staff member manhandling a passenger which has forced the company to apologise after it surfaced online.
Indian airline IndiGo said on Wednesday it takes responsibility for the incident after the footage was shared on social media including Facebook and Twitter - saying it 'wished' it had handled the situation differently.
At least two members of security for the airline can be seen pinning a passenger to the ground after an argument in the footage.
In a seven-page report addressed to India's civil aviation minister, IndiGo used multiple screenshots from the video to explain the reasons behind the incident and what transpired between the man and its employees.
