A carer is set to face abuse charges after footage showed her threatening to chop off the ears of a 93-year-old Alzheimer's patient with a knife.
The damning CCTV footage shows Luo Xiaomei mistreating the elderly patient called Zhu Yindi at her home in central China .
Ms Yindi shakes while she is forcibly moved around her home, then the carer is seen to be threatening her with a meat cleaver.
The pensioner was reportedly threatened with a knife on more than one occasion by the carer, who warned her: "I'll chop off your ears one after the other."
