A businesswoman was 'stabbed to death with a three-inch stiletto' in front of her 13-year-old daughter during an apparent road rage row with another female driver.
Raquel Melo Motta was allegedly stabbed three times in the chest with the shoe - with one of the blows piercing her heart.
CCTV footage showing the moment the mum was fatally injured is now in the hands of investigators.
Raquel got back in her car and drove off after getting into a tussle with her alleged killer following an angry verbal exchange, all of which was captured on film.
But a few seconds later she collapsed at the wheel - and died soon after reaching hospital as a result of her injuries.
Raquel's devasted husband paid tribute saying: "I will always love you, I will always carry you in my heart for the rest of my life."
The incident happened in the Brazilian city of Macae.
The woman it is claimed she fought with has handed herself into police on Tuesday - three days after the stabbing - it has been reported.
She has been named as bakery owner Islay Cristina Pereira de Sousa from Ceara in north-eastern Brazil.
She was later remanded in custody on suspicion of homicide after telling detectives she had acted in self-defence.
A video shows the woman in custody approaching Raquel after she stops her car, appearing to go at her with a sharp object in her right hand.
Raquel reacts by punching and pulling at Pereira de Sousa’s hair during a violent struggle - then backing away clutching at her chest before getting into her car.
She then drives off as the other woman stoops down to pick up the contents of her handbag scattered on the ground as a result of the fight.
Raquel’s husband Vanderson told a local TV station afterwards the alleged killer had chased her down after a row which started when she tried to jump a red light.
